2. Receive the free label
Once the request is recorded, we will send you a prepaid tracked return label and instructions. Return transport is free when you use this label and follow those instructions.
3. Prepare and send
You have 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal to hand the parcel to the carrier. Return the complete artwork properly protected, with its certificate, wall mounts and received accessories. Please avoid handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Refund
We will refund the artwork price and the initial standard delivery charge to the original payment method, without additional fees. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after you notify us, but may be withheld until we receive the artwork or proof of shipment. Express delivery supplements are not refunded.
Damaged or incorrect artwork
Do not use the withdrawal procedure for damaged or incorrect artwork. Keep all packaging and send us photographs of the parcel, shipping label and artwork through the contact page.
