These general terms and conditions of sale apply to orders placed on the Acidology website.
The Acidology website offers contemporary wall art printed on skateboards, sold in limited editions.

Products
The products offered by Acidology are wall triptychs printed on skateboards.
Each artwork is intended for decorative use only. Acidology artworks are not intended for skateboarding.
Photographs, visuals and descriptions are presented with the utmost care. Slight variations may exist between the on-screen display and the actual rendering of the artwork.
Limited Editions
Acidology artworks are offered in limited editions, signed and numbered when indicated on the product sheet.
Each artwork may include a certificate of authenticity, wall mounts, and reinforced packaging, as indicated on the product sheet.
Prices
Prices are indicated in euros.
As Acidology is a micro-enterprise, the following statement may apply if the seller is indeed exempt from VAT: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI.
Delivery costs, if any, are indicated before the final validation of the order.
Order
The customer selects the desired product(s), adds them to the cart, checks the order summary, then validates their purchase via the secure payment process.
Validation of the order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Payment
Payment is made online using the payment methods offered during the order process.
Credit card payments are processed via Viva.com Smart Checkout.
The order is considered confirmed after payment validation.
Order Preparation
Each artwork is carefully prepared before shipping.
The estimated preparation time is 1 to 2 weeks before shipping.
This period allows for checking the artwork, preparing the included elements, protecting the decks, and packaging the parcel in suitable packaging.
Delivery
Acidology currently delivers to mainland France.
Secure delivery is offered free of charge in mainland France.
Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is generally 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, time of year, or delivery conditions.
Receipt of Package
The customer is invited to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
If the package appears damaged, open, or severely damaged, it is advisable to take photos before opening and to quickly contact Acidology at the following address: contact@acidology.fr.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the rules applicable to distance selling, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact Acidology by email at contact@acidology.fr, clearly stating their wish to withdraw and providing the information necessary to identify the order.
Return Conditions
The artwork must be returned in its original condition, complete, unused, uninstalled, and properly protected in suitable packaging.
The return must include all elements received with the order, notably the three decks, the certificate of authenticity, the wall mounts, and any protective elements or accessories included.
Artworks damaged after receipt, used, installed, or returned incomplete may be subject to refusal of refund or a deduction proportional to the observed loss of value.
Return Costs
Returns are free for orders delivered in mainland France.
Before any return, the customer must contact Acidology at the following address: contact@acidology.fr.
Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned artwork, the refund will be issued via the payment method used during the order.
The refund will be made within a reasonable time after validation of the return.
Customized Artworks
Products customized or made according to the customer's specific requests may not benefit from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the exceptions provided for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Legal Guarantees
The customer benefits from applicable legal guarantees, notably the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.
Responsibility
Acidology cannot be held responsible for improper use of the artworks, particularly in the event of using the boards for skateboarding.
Acidology artworks are designed as decorative wall pieces.
Intellectual Property
All texts, visuals, photographs, graphic creations, logos, collection names, and artworks presented on the Acidology website are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, dissemination, or exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Consumer Mediation
In case of dispute, the customer must first contact Acidology to attempt to resolve the disagreement amicably.
In accordance with applicable provisions, the consumer customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
