These terms govern sales made on acidology.fr by CAPIZZI NIKI, a sole trader operating under the Acidology trade name.
Seller and scope

Artworks
The artworks are decorative wall pieces printed on skateboard decks. They are not made for skateboarding. Photographs and descriptions present each piece as accurately as possible; natural wood grain may vary slightly.
Prices and taxes
The price displayed for the selected market applies before order confirmation. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French Tax Code. Delivery charges are shown before payment. For the United Kingdom, import taxes or duties not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient.
Order and payment
The order is confirmed once payment is accepted and the confirmation email is sent. Acidology may refuse or cancel an order in the event of fraud, non-payment, an obvious error or unavailability, with any collected amount refunded. Payment is processed by the secure providers displayed at checkout.
Preparation and delivery
Preparation: 1 to 2 business weeks. Estimated transit after dispatch: France, 3 to 5 business days for EUR 7.99; Spain, 5 to 8 business days for EUR 25.00; United Kingdom, 5 to 8 business days for GBP 33.00. Tracking is sent by email.
Withdrawal and free returns
Consumers have 14 days from receipt to notify Acidology through the Withdraw from the contract function, followed by 14 days to hand the return to the carrier. Acidology provides a prepaid tracked label and covers return transport from every country it delivers to, provided the supplied instructions are followed.
Refund
The price and initial standard delivery charge are refunded to the original payment method without fees. Refunds are made no later than 14 days after notice, but may be withheld until the artwork or proof of shipment is received. Express delivery supplements are not refunded.
Conformity and warranties
Consumers benefit from all applicable statutory rights and warranties. If an artwork is damaged, incorrect or non-compliant, keep all packaging and contact Acidology promptly before returning it.
Data and intellectual property
Data is processed to manage orders, payment, delivery, after-sales service and legal obligations, as described in the privacy policy. Acidology content and artworks may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
Complaints and mediation
Complaints must first be sent to contact@acidology.fr. If no amicable solution is reached, consumers may contact Société Médiation Professionnelle — Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France, free of charge: www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
