Each artwork is prepared within 1 to 2 business weeks before dispatch. It is then sent with tracking from Marseille.
Preparation
Before dispatch, we inspect the artwork, gather its accessories and reinforce the packaging. The 1 to 2 business-week preparation time is separate from transit time.

Transit times are estimates counted from dispatch. The applicable shipping rate is confirmed before payment.
Tracking
Once the parcel leaves the studio, a tracking link is sent to the email address used for the order.
United Kingdom
Import VAT, customs duties or local fees not collected at checkout may be charged by the authorities or carrier. These charges remain the recipient's responsibility.
Damaged parcel
Keep all packaging and email contact@acidology.fr as soon as possible with photographs of the parcel, shipping label and artwork.
