Are Acidology artworks made for skating?
No. They are decorative wall artworks printed on skateboard decks and are not intended for skateboarding.
What is included with an artwork?
Depending on the format, the artwork includes 3 or 7 printed decks, a certificate of authenticity, wall mounts and reinforced protective packaging.
Are the artworks limited editions?
Yes. Each artwork is offered as a limited, signed and numbered edition with an individual number.
Can the colours and wood vary?
Slight differences may exist between the screen and the delivered artwork. Natural wood grain also makes every edition subtly unique.
How long does preparation take?
Estimated preparation time is 1 to 2 business weeks before dispatch.
What are the delivery rates and transit times?
France: EUR 7.99 and 3 to 5 business days. Spain: EUR 25.00 and 5 to 8 business days. United Kingdom: GBP 33.00 and 5 to 8 business days. Transit times start after dispatch.
Are returns free?
Yes. Acidology provides a prepaid tracked label for every country to which it delivers.
How do I request a return?
You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your withdrawal. Use the Withdraw from the contract page to identify the order and confirm the request.
What if the parcel arrives damaged?
Keep all packaging and send us photographs of the parcel, shipping label and artwork before returning anything.
Are wall mounts included?
Yes. Wall mounts are included with every artwork.
