Flora Mutata

Flora Mutata is a three-act mural, printed on three Canadian maple skateboards. The composition depicts a rare orchid inspired by ancient botanical illustrations, gradually transformed by an explosion of acidic colors and geometric shapes.

Each triptych is made on three Canadian maple skate decks, selected for their strength, consistency, and the natural beauty of their grain. The light wood remains visible throughout the composition, creating an elegant contrast between raw material, botanical illustration, and contemporary mutation.

High-definition printing preserves the fineness of details, the precise lines of the plant, the deep shades of green and burgundy, as well as the intensity of the central colors: magenta, electric cyan, and neon green.
